Mercor is on a mission to find senior HR professionals who will play a pivotal role in shaping evaluation tasks for AI systems in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. This exciting opportunity involves working on workflows tailored to the scale and compliance needs of large organizations, while also navigating both US and International employment laws. The team thrives on collaboration and creativity, encouraging contributors to design HR scenarios and draft outputs that reflect the insights of seasoned HR leaders.

You'll be responsible for

Constructing HR scenarios

Creating scenarios that cover talent acquisition, employee relations, and compensation design.

Building tasks across HR functions

Developing tasks related to recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development.

Applying HR methodologies

Utilizing HR methodologies to produce reference policies and organizational proposals.

Key criteria

📅

5+ years HR leadership experience

Demonstrated experience in HR leadership at major companies.
