The HSE Lead at Sodexo plays a vital role in driving health, safety, and environmental improvements across operations. You'll be responsible for

🤝

Building strong partnerships

Establishing connections with Operational Directors, clients, HSE teams, and support functions to enhance collaboration.
📚

Coaching and educating leaders

Providing guidance to leaders to embed safety leadership and drive cultural change within the organization.
🏋️

Driving manual handling and ergonomic risk reduction programs

Implementing initiatives to reduce risks associated with manual handling and ergonomics.

Key criteria

📚

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in Occupational Health or Environmental Science.

5+ years in HSE leadership

Demonstrated experience in a similar HSE leadership role, ideally in mining.

Experience with dispersed teams

Experience leading teams across geographically diverse and complex environments.
