Offering guidance to site/operational managers in identifying, assessing, and controlling risks in line with Integrated Risk Management Systems (IRMS).

Engaging with front line personnel

Interacting with front line personnel both formally (via audits) and informally to show leadership and support continuous improvement.

Leading investigations of HSE incidents

Taking charge of investigating Health, Safety, and Environmental incidents to ensure compliance and improvement.

Key criteria

2+ years in HSEQ coordination

Demonstrated experience in WHS/Environment in high-risk industries.

Certificate IV in OHS/WHS

Possession of relevant certification for HSEQ advisory roles.
