Providing advice and coaching
Offering guidance to site/operational managers in identifying, assessing, and controlling risks in line with Integrated Risk Management Systems (IRMS).🤝
Engaging with front line personnel
Interacting with front line personnel both formally (via audits) and informally to show leadership and support continuous improvement.🚨
Leading investigations of HSE incidents
Taking charge of investigating Health, Safety, and Environmental incidents to ensure compliance and improvement.Key criteria
🛠️
2+ years in HSEQ coordination
Demonstrated experience in WHS/Environment in high-risk industries.View

Certificate IV in OHS/WHS
Possession of relevant certification for HSEQ advisory roles.View
