Maintaining HSEQ operating system

By driving a culture of continuous improvement maintain and improve an effective HSEQ operating system that is aligned to, and avoid duplication of, the Heidelberg Materials Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS).

Leading cultural change

Lead Organisational Change in Safety Culture and Behaviour; achieve the highest levels of employee engagement in respect to HSE.

Key criteria

HSE leadership experience

Extensive experience in HSE leadership within industrial environments.

Safety qualification

Tertiary qualification in Safety or related discipline required.
