As a Governance and Management Systems Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping John Holland's Health, Safety, Environment & Sustainability governance framework. Your expertise will ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements while driving operational excellence across the business. You'll be responsible for

Developing and implementing governance frameworks

Leading the development and continual improvement of the HSES governance framework to align with organizational strategy.

Maintaining compliance with standards

Owning and maintaining the HSES elements of the Integrated Management System to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
📋

Coordinating governance committee activities

Coordinating activities of HSE and Sustainability governance committees, including reporting and support to senior leadership.

Key criteria

📜

AQF Level 7 qualification

Possession of an AQF Level 7 qualification in OHS or similar.

Extensive HSE experience

Demonstrated experience in HSE within large, complex organisations.
