Partner proactively with the Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer to shape the people agenda based on business context and team dynamics.

Actively leverage AI tools to surface insights, automate routine work, and enhance data analysis and reporting.

Leading employment relations matters

Lead and report on complex employment relations matters while coaching leaders to manage them effectively.
