You'll be responsible for

Leading and coordinating inspections

Leading and coordinating the inspection, diagnosis, and repair of heavy vehicles and associated equipment to ensure safety and reliability.

Planning preventative maintenance

Planning and managing preventative maintenance programs to maximise fleet availability and reliability, keeping operations smooth.
🌱

Coaching and mentoring mechanics

Coaching, mentoring, and developing mechanics to build capability across the workshop, fostering a culture of growth.

Key criteria

Heavy vehicle diesel mechanic qualification

Trade qualification as a Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic is essential.
