Key criteria

Identity and Access Management experience

Demonstrated experience in IAM processes and technologies, ideally in financial services.

Hands-on IAM/PAM tooling experience

Proficient with tools like SailPoint and CyberArk for IAM solutions.

Strong ability to analyze issues and propose effective solutions.
