You'll be responsible for

Supporting delivery of IBM Z client engagements
Engaging in hardware, z/OS, and platform services while assisting with installation, configuration, upgrades, and health checks under guidance.📚
Learning IBM Z systems design
Gaining insights into capacity, logical partitions, availability, and performance while helping with documentation and implementation plans.🛠️
Participating in troubleshooting activities
Learning structured problem-solving methods and building confidence in presenting findings to clients and internal teams.What we're looking for
