You'll be responsible for

Managing IDR cases end-to-end
Overseeing the entire process of IDR claims with independence and impartiality.🔍
Conducting thorough reviews of complaints
Reviewing customer complaints with an unbiased perspective to ensure fair outcomes.👥
Engaging with senior stakeholders
Delivering appropriate resolutions for customer disputes through effective communication.Key criteria

Experience in Life and/or General Insurance
Proven background in managing insurance claims and disputes.View
⚖️
Knowledge of insurance regulations
Strong understanding of the Insurance Contracts Act and relevant codes.View
