You'll be responsible for

🚀

Leading end-to-end onboarding for new customers

Take charge of the entire onboarding process, ensuring customers feel supported and informed from the start.
⚙️

Configuring the Aroflo platform to align with customer workflows

Tailor the Aroflo platform to meet the specific needs and workflows of each customer for optimal use.
🎤

Delivering engaging training sessions (virtual)

Conduct interactive and informative training sessions that empower customers to use the platform effectively.

Experience with implementation and onboarding

Demonstrated experience in onboarding and training for software solutions.
