You'll be responsible for

Owning pre-sales discovery
Own pre-sales discovery, scoping, and solution design, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to translate customer requirements into proposed Shippit solutions and engagements.🚀
Managing project delivery
Manage and deliver a portfolio of projects from initiation through to go-live for both new and existing customers, ensuring engagements are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer expectations.📦
Overseeing early life shipping
Oversee the early life shipping period following go-live, partnering with internal teams to ensure successful activation, issue resolution, and operational readiness.Key criteria
