You'll be responsible for

Managing customer interactions

Handling walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers to provide exceptional service.

Guiding customers through the home loan journey

Supporting customers from their initial search to settlement and beyond, ensuring a smooth experience.

Submitting deals to processing team

Working with the in-house processing team to streamline administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on community engagement.

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking

Required qualification or willingness to obtain it before starting.
