You'll be responsible for

Managing customer interactions

Handle walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.

Contributing to local marketing

Engage in local area marketing initiatives to promote services and build community relationships.

Guiding customers through the home loan journey

Support customers from their initial search to settlement and beyond, ensuring they feel confident and informed throughout the process.
