You'll be responsible for

Managing customer interactions

Handle walk-ins, online leads, and in-store appointments with high-intent customers to provide exceptional service.

Guiding customers through the home loan journey

Support clients from the initial search to settlement and beyond, ensuring a smooth experience.

Submitting deals to processing team

Work with our in-house processing team to streamline operations and focus on community engagement.

Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking

Required qualification or willingness to obtain it.
