This job is an exciting opportunity for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to kick start their careers while studying. The Chief Operations Office Pathways Program is a 12-month paid development program that helps individuals build on their existing experience and explore new career opportunities within one of Australia's largest organisations. The team is dedicated to improving processes that deliver valuable services to customers, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.

You'll be responsible for

Completing processes

Fulfilling critical services for customers including the establishment and discharge of loans, processing payments and grants, and verifying details to progress product applications.

Supporting operations

Supporting processes that deliver products, services, and productivity benefits to CommBank customers while completing an accredited Certificate qualification.
🎓

Participating in training

Engaging in on-the-job training complemented by an accredited Certificate in Business or Finance.
