As part of the Chief Operations Office Pathways Program, you will engage in meaningful work that supports customers and contributes to the community. You'll be responsible for

Completing processes

Completing processes that fulfil critical services for customers including the establishment and discharge of loans, processing payments and grants, and verifying details to progress product applications.

Supporting operations

Supporting processes that deliver products, services and productivity benefits to CommBank customers while completing an accredited Certificate qualification.
📚

Participating in training

Participating in on-the-job training, complemented by an accredited Certificate in Business or Finance.
