Representing clients in unfair dismissal and general protections matters at the Fair Work Commission, advocating for them remotely and occasionally in person.

Negotiating settlements

Negotiating with the other side’s representatives, including senior associates and partners, to reach favorable agreements for clients.

Drafting agreements

Drafting and executing settlement deeds and agreements to finalize negotiations and protect client interests.

Experience in industrial relations

Demonstrated experience in handling unfair dismissal cases.
