You'll be responsible for

Providing user support
Acting as the first point of call for field, desktop, and mobile phone user support to ensure smooth operations.š
Training users
Conducting 1:1 and group training sessions for new and existing users on the Deliver Services process.š
Managing IT tickets
Logging and tracking IT tickets, escalating significant issues and improvement opportunities to IT and Operations Analytics.Key criteria

Demonstrated experience providing support for mobile and desktop users.View

IT systems proficiency
Experience with business-related IT systems like SAP PM or Maximo.View
