You'll be responsible for

Diving deep to pinpoint the underlying causes of software-based issues and providing valuable assistance in escalations when necessary.

Managing ticket queues

Efficiently managing ticket queues for both internal teams and partner service teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Enhancing operational efficiency

Leading the team to enhance operational efficiency by analyzing root causes, trends, and developing metrics, procedures, tools, and documentation.

Technical support experience (1+ years)

Demonstrated experience providing technical support and troubleshooting systems.
