You'll be responsible for

Providing incident management
Provide Level 2 incident and problem management, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs👩🏫
Supporting Level 1 Engineers
Support and mentor Level 1 Service Desk Engineers, maintaining knowledge transfer and ticket ownership🔍
Monitoring infrastructure health
Proactively monitor and maintain the health and performance of customer infrastructureKey criteria

3+ years in Service Desk or MSP
Experience in a managed services environment is essential.View

Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure knowledge
