As an Injury Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing specialised injury management services for complex cases, ensuring a safe and effective return to work. Your expertise will not only support the Injury Management team but also contribute to the overall health and wellbeing of injured members. You'll be responsible for

Providing specialised injury management services

Offering specialised injury management services for complex physical and psychological cases in line with Queensland Police Service policies.
🔄

Advising on return-to-work practices

Ensuring safe return-to-work practices and providing expert advice on best practice vocational injury management.
🤝

Supporting the Injury Management team

Supporting the Injury Management team by developing and delivering targeted strategies, training, and preparing briefings for Executive Management.

Specialised injury management experience

Demonstrated experience managing complex physical and psychological injury cases.
