Managing client queries
As an Associate in IBCS, you will be a first point of contact for our clients to manage their Transaction Banking queries and needs.đ§
Providing support
Answering calls, emails and enquiries raised via our Customer Portals to ensure clients receive the support needed across a full suite of Transaction Banking products.đ
Building relationships
Building strong and meaningful relationships by getting to know the clients, their needs, industry, and long-term strategies.Key criteria
