As an Associate in IBCS, you will be a first point of contact for our clients to manage their Transaction Banking queries and needs.📧
Providing support
Answering calls, emails, and enquiries raised via our Customer Portals to ensure clients receive the support needed across a full suite of Transaction Banking products.🌐
Building relationships
