You'll be responsible for

Delivering high-quality instructional design
Deliver high-quality instructional design across allocated projects, working closely with SMEs and stakeholders to ensure effective learning outcomes.🔄
Updating eLearning content
Contribute to ongoing updates to existing eLearning content, driven by the organisation’s JIRA ticketing system to keep materials current and compliant.🔍
Researching training delivery approaches
Research and apply effective, contemporary approaches to training delivery to enhance learning experiences.What we're looking for

Strong understanding of ADDIE model
Proven knowledge of instructional design methodologies is essential.View

Experience with Articulate 360
