You'll be responsible for

Handling calls

Handling inbound and outbound calls from members, claimants and solicitors regarding insurance and claims enquiries

Providing updates

Providing timely, accurate updates on insurance claims and explaining processes in clear, easy-to-understand language

Taking ownership

Taking ownership of enquiries and aiming for first-call resolution wherever possible
