Providing phone intake and assessment
Supporting the Carer Gateway National Counselling Service by providing phone intake and assessment of the eligibility of carers across Australia.🗂️
Gathering sensitive information
Responsible for gathering sensitive personal information and allocating the carer to a counsellor via our client record management system (CRM).✅
Supporting quality assurance
Playing a key role in supporting the administration of our quality assurance and management processes.Key criteria

Relevant tertiary qualifications
