You'll be responsible for

Providing phone intake and assessment

Supporting the Carer Gateway National Counselling Service by providing phone intake and assessment of the eligibility of carers across Australia.

Gathering sensitive information

Responsible for gathering sensitive personal information and allocating the carer to a counsellor via our client record management system (CRM).

Supporting quality assurance

Playing a key role in supporting the administration of our quality assurance and management processes.

Professional telephone intake experience

Demonstrated skills in providing professional phone intake services.
