You'll be responsible for

Supporting intake, screening and assessment.

Facilitating the initial contact and evaluation of participants to determine their needs and appropriate services.

Overseeing the intake process of participants.

Managing the entry of participants into the service, ensuring their needs are met and risks are identified.

Communicating relevant participant information to support appropriate and timely allocation.

Sharing important details about participants with the team to ensure they receive the best care.

Mental health qualification

Relevant qualification in Mental Health or related field.
