Driving the enterprise-wide integrated planning process, bringing together requirements and priorities from various departments to create a single view of the Corporation’s future plans.

Integrating and assessing enterprise plans

Assessing enterprise plans for feasibility, sequencing, dependencies, and constraints while ensuring alignment with the future-state operating model.
🧠

Enabling executive decision-making

Translating complex planning outputs into clear, decision-ready insights to support confident, prioritised decisions grounded in feasible enterprise-wide plans.
