You'll be responsible for

Maintaining financial models

Maintaining and enhancing financial models, forecasts, valuations, and portfolio analytics to support investment and business decisions.

Preparing reports

Preparing investor, management, and board reporting, including annual business plans, presentations, and portfolio insights.

Supporting portfolio management

Supporting portfolio management activities, acquisitions, due diligence, and strategic initiatives across ESR's growing data centre platform.
