You'll be responsible for

Managing investor communications

Manage the investor relations inbox and phone line, responding to investor and adviser enquiries professionally and efficiently.

Coordinating investor events

Assist in the delivery of bi-annual investor functions and key investor meetings, preparing materials and overseeing event delivery.

Maintaining investor records

Manage unit holdings and transfers within the unit registry system and maintain accurate investor records within the CRM platform.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification in finance or related field

Preferred educational background to support investor relations expertise.
