You'll be responsible for

Acting as a strong liaison between BYD internal teams, dealers, local vendors, and HQ teams to ensure accurate requirement elicitation and documentation.🛠️
Providing system support
Offering technical support to internal users for system-related issues and creating operational documents to support effective knowledge sharing.🚀
Facilitating project implementation
Supporting rollout, migration, and upgrades of key Aftersales systems, ensuring all parties share a common understanding of scope and priorities.Key criteria
