About the job

This job is about leading change and enablement within the Digital Health and Innovation team at Sydney Local Health District. The Manager, Change and Enablement will play a crucial role in enhancing service delivery and ensuring that change processes are robust and customer-centric. The team values clarity in complexity and aims to make a tangible impact on patient care through better digital service delivery.

You'll be responsible for

Strengthening change management

Focusing on strengthening change, problem, and knowledge management across the Service Delivery function.
🛠️

Chairing Change Advisory Board

Chairing and uplifting the District’s Change Advisory Board to ensure effective governance of technology change.

Driving continuous improvement

Reviewing and analysing incidents and problems using structured frameworks to drive continuous improvement.

IT Change Management experience

Proven experience leading large-scale IT Change Management processes aligned with ITIL.
