You'll be responsible for

Managing case load

Managing a case load and ensuring that casework practice is responsive to individual needs and reflects the organisation’s values.

Developing therapeutic case plans

Ensuring the emotional, social, and educational needs of young people are met through individual therapeutic case plans.

Establishing collaborative relationships

Building partnerships with specialist and mainstream services to improve outcomes for young people and their families.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

Possession of a degree in social work, youth work, or community services.
