Managing case load
Managing a case load and ensuring that casework practice is responsive to individual needs and reflects the organisation’s values.📝
Developing therapeutic case plans
Ensuring the emotional, social, and educational needs of young people are met through individual therapeutic case plans.🤝
Establishing collaborative relationships
Building partnerships with specialist and mainstream services to improve outcomes for young people and their families.Key criteria
🎓
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Possession of a degree in social work, youth work, or community services.View

Experience with complex trauma
