As an IT Casework Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality casework services that positively impact children, young people, and their families. Collaboration and teamwork are essential, and you will work closely with caseworkers and external stakeholders to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.

You'll be responsible for

Providing operational leadership

Ensuring compliance with MacKillop’s Policies and Procedures, OOHC standards, relevant legislation and Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ) contractual requirements.
🌟

Delivering high quality casework services

Responsible for delivering high quality casework services to provide positive outcomes for children, young people and their families.
🤝

Developing effective relationships

Building relationships with key external stakeholders to comply with the requirements of the DCJ PSP Rules and Guidelines.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Possession of a relevant degree or significant work experience in social work or related fields.

Experience in child protection

Demonstrated experience in child protection or child welfare practices.

Knowledge of community services

Understanding of local and State Government services and ability to network effectively.
