You'll be responsible for

Assisting young people

Helping young people develop living and life skills while providing support in their daily activities.

Reinforcing positive behavior through social learning, social responsibility, and emotional intelligence.

Promoting democracy

Supporting young people to engage in a participatory environment where they can influence decisions that affect their lives.

Key criteria

🎓

Diploma in Youth Work or equivalent

Possession of a Diploma of Youth Work, Community Services, or equivalent qualification.

Demonstrated skills and experience in youth services or residential care.

Understanding of Aboriginal culture
