Supporting the delivery of ITSM projects by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Assisting with governance activities

Assisting with governance-related activities, including the preparation of slide decks, reporting packs, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and guidelines.

Proven experience in program management or ITSM

Demonstrated background in program management or IT Service Management roles.
