You'll be responsible for

Contributing to the design and implementation of ITIL 4 Foundation certification processes to enhance program management capabilities.

Coordinating projects

Supporting the delivery of ITSM projects by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.

Assisting with governance activities

Assisting with governance-related activities, including the preparation of slide decks, reporting packs, and ensuring compliance with PMO standards and guidelines.
