Working with employers and the Employer Engagement team to match clients with suitable job opportunities, facilitating their path to employment.

Maintaining accurate records

Ensuring all work meets compliance requirements by keeping accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.

Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
