You'll be responsible for

Advising clients
Providing legal advice to major lenders, banks, and insolvency practitioners on complex debt recovery and litigation matters.✍️
Drafting contracts
Creating and reviewing contracts for Indigenous organizations, foundations, and not-for-profit entities.🔄
Supporting restructuring efforts
Assisting clients with insolvency and restructuring processes to ensure financial sustainability.Key criteria

Strong academic background
Demonstrated academic excellence in law, essential for legal expertise.View

1-2 years post-admission experience
