Managing user onboarding and offboarding

Managing user onboarding, offboarding and access changes across Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Exchange environments.
📧

Provisioning mailboxes

Provisioning and supporting mailboxes, distribution groups and access permissions.

Resolving support tickets

Triaging and resolving Level 3 infrastructure support tickets escalated from the Service Desk.

Key criteria

User access management experience

Experience managing user onboarding and access changes in Active Directory.

Microsoft technologies knowledge

Understanding of Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Entra ID administration.
