You'll be responsible for

Ensuring efficiency of the Kit Room function
Make sure booked cases are appropriately scheduled and sufficient inventory and instruments are available for bookings🤝
Developing relationships internally and externally
Build connections with Sales, Operations Leaders, Kit Assemblers, and Customer Service, as well as operating theatre and sterilizing department staff😊
Driving a positive customer experience
Deliver kits in full and maintain excellent communication with customersKey criteria
