About the job

The Kit Scheduler job at Stryker is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the operation of the Kit Rooms by effectively planning and scheduling Stryker Products. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive the right products at the right time and cost. The team thrives on collaboration, working closely with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline processes.

You'll be responsible for

Ensuring efficiency of the Kit Room function

Make sure booked cases are appropriately scheduled and sufficient inventory and instruments are available for bookings
🤝

Developing relationships internally and externally

Build connections with Sales, Operations Leaders, Kit Assemblers, and Customer Service, as well as operating theatre and sterilizing department staff
😊

Driving a positive customer experience

Deliver kits in full and maintain excellent communication with customers
