Creating and curating an authoritative collection of precedents and knowledge documentation to ensure legal excellence.

Monitoring legal developments

Keeping practice group members informed about relevant law and policy changes to provide strategic advice.

Implementing AI solutions

Identifying and implementing AI and technology solutions to enhance productivity and client outcomes.

Key criteria

📜

3+ years PQE in MAC law

Proven experience in mergers & acquisitions and capital markets law.
