You'll be responsible for

Providing expert level remote management
Working closely with clients to ensure optimal use of the Charles River IMS solutions, including user administration, system availability, and performance tuning.🔍
Monitoring daily operational processing
Supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Charles River IMS systems, including application and database performance tuning.🛠️
Assisting with problem support and resolution

5+ years in financial services
