Leading day-to-day laboratory operations to ensure efficient and effective performance across North Queensland.

Overseeing compliance

Overseeing NATA and TMR CMT compliance across asphalt, quarry, soils and binder laboratory activities.

Driving continuous improvement

Driving continuous improvement, lean initiatives, safety practices and corrective actions to lift quality and performance.
