About the job

Launchpad is an exciting three-day discovery program at IMC for students graduating in 2028/29, offering a unique opportunity to dive into the world of quantitative trading and research. Participants will work alongside experienced traders, engineers, and researchers, gaining hands-on experience and insights into the industry. IMC fosters a collaborative and empowering environment, encouraging everyone to innovate and succeed together.

You'll be responsible for

Participating in immersive learning sessions

Engaging in hands-on trading simulations and technical workshops to gain practical experience.

Collaborating with IMC traders and quant researchers

Having one-on-one conversations to gain insights into the world of quantitative trading and research.

Exploring quantitative thinking

Understanding how quantitative methods are applied in real markets and developing problem-solving skills.
