About the job

We're looking for people with real experience in law, whether that's private practice, in-house counsel, paralegal work, compliance, policy, or a closely related legal field, to help train the next generation of AI. The work is fully remote, flexible, and pays $40 to $100 per hour, with no minimum commitment. You'll use your legal expertise to design rigorous questions and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, helping AI better understand how legal reasoning and workflows actually work. No prior AI or technical experience is required. You apply once to join the talent network, complete a short assessment, and then get matched to paid projects as they become available. It's work you can do alongside study or a full-time job.
