You'll be responsible for

Assisting clients
Assisting both Australian and international corporate and institutional clients with major complex commercial litigation✍️
Drafting and preparing documents
Drafting correspondence, preparing advices, and assisting with the preparation of final and interlocutory proceedings🗣️
Providing key advice
Providing clients with key advice and assistance in conducting internal enquiries and responding to regulatory investigationsKey criteria
⚖️
2-4 years post-qualification experience
Demonstrated experience as a Lawyer in litigation matters.View

Strong commercial litigation experience
Proven background in handling complex commercial disputes.View
🏛️
Familiarity with Supreme/Federal Court litigation
Experience navigating litigation processes in higher courts.View
