You'll be responsible for

Advising clients

Assist with advising clients on complying with their modern slavery reporting requirements and related human rights policy advice, human rights risk assessments and due diligence.

Applying international law

Advise on the application of international human rights law and the voluntary business human rights frameworks for clients in a range of sectors, both from a compliance and best practice perspective and in the context of disputes, inquiries and regulatory matters.

Managing ESG issues

Support clients in understanding and managing ESG risks and issues.

Skills you'll need

Business Human Rights expertise

Experience specifically in Business Human Rights matters, including advising on the Australian modern slavery reporting regime within a disputes or risk and advisory practice.

Advisory skills

Ability to advise clients on complying with their modern slavery reporting requirements and related human rights policy advice, human rights risk assessments and due diligence.
